How to return an item

Changed your mind, found a fault?

Whatever the reason you want to return something, we're committed to making it as simple as possible.

What you can return

After you've received your item, we give you 14 days to decide if you want to keep it.

The only items our returns policy doesn't apply to are:

  • Digital items and software such as music and games which have been unsealed, downloaded or used
  • Items or services ordered from another company (like Carphone Warehouse). You'll need to check their returns policy
  • Products or services provided by another company and charged to your Vodafone bill. The supplier's terms will apply here, and you'll need to go back to them to cancel

If you've bought Spotify Premium or Sky Sports Mobile TV as a standalone monthly subscription charged to your Vodafone bill, you can cancel it at any time

Please pack carefully - if the item is damaged we may need to reduce your refund or make a charge.

You may need to cover the cost of return postage – if so we'll let you know.

You'll also need to pay any Pay monthly plan or out-of-plan charges.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving your return.
